We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it,

unworn or unused, and unwashed with tags, with original tags attached in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
